We always recognise it is your property and will never restrict usage. There is no minimum term either, rent as little or as much as you like. Letting periods can be as little as 2 nights all the way up to 6 months.
Guests are also reviewed on Airbnb so have an incentive to behave respectfully. This means we can reject bookings with a negative review history. As an extra security measure guests can also be required to go through ID verification.
