Spending most of her time out of the country, Alexa wanted her cottage in mid-Devon to generate an income, but also needed the flexibility to use it whenever she was back. We pride ourselves on offering complete flexibility to our owners and knew we could make her beautiful cottage a successful short-term rental.

It strikes a great balance between having a property that earns but is also there for you when you need it.
